Yes, our personal trainers provide both customized diet plans and personalized training program. This comprehensive approach ensures you achieve your fitness goals effectively and efficiently.
For learning proper techniques and building a solid foundation, 1-2 sessions per week are recommended.To see visible results, aim for 3 sessions per week.For a complete transformation in the shortest time possible, 4-5 sessions per week are ideal.

No gym membership is required to purchase individual training sessions. We offer you membership to the gym to do your sessions.

Yes, we offer both in-person and online training options. You can choose to train exclusively in-person, exclusively online, or a combination of both, depending on your convenience and preferences.
In your first training session, your personal trainer will conduct a thorough assessment of your fitness level, discuss your goals, and create a customized workout plan. This session will also include some introductory exercises to get you started on your fitness journey.
There are no hidden costs. The price of the training packages covers all the services provided by the personal trainer, including workout plans, diet plans, and regular progress assessments. Any additional services or equipment required will be discussed upfront.
Your personal trainer will regularly monitor and track your progress through assessments and feedback sessions. We use a combination of measurements, fitness tests, and progress photos to ensure you are on track to meet your goals.
If you need to cancel a session, please notify your personal trainer at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to reschedule the session at a convenient time for you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
